What we collect
When you contact us by phone, email or the enquiry form on this site, we may collect:
- Your name, organisation, email address and phone number
- Details of the project or decision you tell us about
- Any documents you choose to attach to an enquiry
We don’t collect personal information through this website beyond what you volunteer when contacting us. We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, scope potential engagements and, where a formal engagement proceeds, deliver that work. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it’s stored
Enquiries submitted through the contact form on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Formspree’s own privacy policy governs how that data is transmitted and stored on their systems. This website itself is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
Disclosure to third parties
We don’t disclose personal information to third parties except where required to deliver an engagement you’ve asked us to undertake, where required by law, or with your consent.
Access and correction
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact details are on our Contact page.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, contact us directly in the first instance. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
